The MAX 8 Com/Data Surge Protector represents yet another exclusive breakthrough in the form of SurgeGate Circuitry - a "power monitoring" system otherwise known as Protect-Disconnect-Reconnect technology. SurgeGate Circuitry protects equipment against prolonged over-voltages by disconnecting the power to equipment, then automatically reconnecting it when the power has returned to a safe level. This Protect-Disconnect-Reconnect feature acts as a gate to prevent unsafe voltages from damaging electronic equipment. ??All outlets are spaced for transformers. Four Always On and four Switched outlets provide maximum flexibility. SignalPerfect circuitry with auto-resetting PTCRs provides the ultimate in protection and a clean, clear connection for four phone lines and one T1/LL line. Besides, you can customize your signal line protection with an unlimited number of add-on MAX AllPath modules.
